Healthy EatingThe NHA maintains that the bulk of the scientific literature overwhelmingly supports our contention that human beings function best on a diet derived from whole natural foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes—a diet that excludes animal products, most processed foods, added oils, salt and sugar, and all food additives and chemicals.
