To be healthy, we need to live healthfully every day—develop a positive attitude towards life; eat fresh, whole natural foods; exercise regularly; get plenty of rest and sleep; get plenty of fresh air and sunshine; learn to handle stress; and avoid all of the negative influences of life.
Is living healthfully worth it? You bet it is. Studies have shown that a healthful diet and lifestyle really pay off.
