Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. raw tahini or almond butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pre-soaked raisins, drained on a cloth dish towel.

Directions

  1. Finely grind pecans and oats in a food processor using the "S" blade.
  2. Spoon into mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Put dates, tahini, cinnamon and vanilla into processor and blend into a paste.
  4. Mix paste into pecan-oat mixture. Add raisins and blend well. Roll mixture into small balls.
